Thinning is only one part of how men’s hair changes over time. Density, pigment, stress, recovery and the daily habits that support healthy aging all deserve a place in the conversation.
FOLIKL was developed by uncompromising, health-forward men with deep experience in supplementation. We believed the hair category was thinking too narrowly about hair loss and not deeply enough about hair aging.
Working alongside experts in longevity, nutrition, men’s health and hair science, we set out to create the comprehensive daily formula we wanted for ourselves but could not find anywhere else.

Dr. Layke is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with credentials from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His education includes training from Marquette University and Nova Southeastern University School of Medicine, culminating in a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center.
As co-founder of the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group, he has also developed the skincare line Beverly Hills MD. His interest in combining aesthetic procedures with regenerative medicine led to the co-creation of STEM, Solutions Through Evolving Medicine.
At Proactive Longevity, Dr. Layke helps patients pursue wellness and vitality goals. He also serves as Medical Director for PureRx, specializing in hormone optimization and peptide therapy.

Based in New York City, Vaughn is regarded as one of the leading men’s stylists in the world. He has styled men’s hair and heard directly about their hair concerns for more than four decades.
Vaughn has advised and styled leading men for film, television and fashion productions. He co-founded the Mizu Louis Licari Salon and his own line of hair and beard-care products, V76 by VAUGHN.
Across his career, Vaughn has seen the emergence of many hair drugs and over-the-counter treatments. His experience with men’s grooming and the concerns he hears directly from clients informed his contribution to a natural, non-drug approach to hair longevity.
